Commercial Short Run
It is difficult to define the meaning of the term Short-Run bookbinding, because the industry operates in so many different markets, some of which have radically changed due to computerization or the predominance of digital printing. Theoretically the minimum could be one volume, but for our purposes here, we mean less than 500 copies.
It is true that printing quantities for all types of finishing jobs have been reduced significantly in recent years, and this has driven the demand for better, simpler, and faster setting-up process machines. We have striven to find the best machines suitable to this changing market, and this involves studying manufacturers world wide to find the sources of the most unique developments to help our customers.
